  • Consultation Planning – We work with your organization to review the results of the inspiration assessment obtained through our Assess tools and Inspiration DNA. We review your existing culture and people practices to include onboarding, learning/training, rewards and recognition and accountability systems. Then we develop a plan to define and elevate the inspiration journey through our Spread and Embed tools.
